We offer a range of fire safety and loss prevention advice for legislative and insurance purposes.



Fire Risk Assessments - Do you require a life safety risk assessment to meet the requirement of UK legislation? The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires all licensed premises or employers of 5 or more people to record and maintain a fire risk assessment. Our assessors are registered as Fire Risk Assessors (Life Safety) with the Institution of Fire Engineers.


Fire Engineering - Are you finding it difficult to comply with Part B of the Building Regulations? Approved Document B is intended as guidance only, and in many cases doesn't offer a solution to your unique project. Often these problems can have a simple solution; let us help you find that solution. Our value engineering can save you time, cost and on-going maintenance whoever you are; from a homeowner planning an extension, to an architect looking for a bespoke solution, call us to discuss how we can help.


Insurance surveys - Many businesses are at risk of significant uninsured losses following a fire or flood such as loss of market share and damage to reputation. There are often simple and cost effective means of managing these risks which a full survey from us will highlight in an easy to digest report.


Loss Scenarios - Many insurance brokers will require these before taking your account to the wider insurance market. Our reports can include MFL (maximum foreseeable loss) and NLE (normal loss expectancy) scenarios to satisfy this requirement, often saving you time and money when it comes to reinsuring.


EWS1

We can conduct EWS1 external wall surveys and provide remediation advice or completed forms as appropriate.
